1.Order and Shipping
1.1Shipping Information
Depending on the shipping service selected, orders placed on www.b-spoken.com can be delivered any day of the week. Every order is unique, therefore the shipping costs depend on the selected service, as well as the origin and destination of the items you choose. All orders are covered by Express shipping. All relevant delivery options, available for your order and destination, will be displayed at check-out.
Delivery time:
Shipping Europe 14 working days for shipments from Italy
Our orders are delivered by DHL or TNT
3 working days for shipments from Amsterdam
1.2 Taxes and duties
We include the cost of Value Added Tax (VAT) and duties in your order, so you don’t have to pay any additional fees if the destination is in one of the locations below:
European Union (excluding the Canary Islands)
1.3 Tracking an order
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. We may contact you if we need more information to verify payment. Once the order is confirmed, it will be shipped within two business days.
Depending on your location and the delivery method chosen, it can take two to seven working days (after shipment) before you receive the order. We will keep you informed with track & trace information and the expected delivery date. You can also track the order by going to ‘Orders and returns’ in your account.
Please note that if you order items from multiple B-Spoken partners, they will be delivered separately. We aim to deliver the order within the stated delivery times, however we are not responsible for customs delays or failure to clear payment.
2.Returns & Refunds
2.1 Returns & Refunds
At B-Spoken, protecting the environment has the highest priority. That is why we are continuously working to reduce our CO2 emissions. We try to reduce the chance of a return shipment using our Unique B-Spoken Clothing Visualization App, where you can try on most of our Garments and see these on yourselves digitally.
Most items are returned because they do not fit properly. We are constantly working to improve the size and fit information. The Size app and other information about the cut, fit, and materials can be found on each product page.
By reducing returns, you are contribution to the reduction of C02 emission and support our environment.

2.2 Return Policy
Returned items must comply with our return policy:
· Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused with all labels attached and the original packaging included.
· Shoes and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and covers, if any, and placed in protective outer packaging for shipment.
· Make sure that the soles of the shoes or the shoe box are not damaged or marked during the fitting.
· If an item has a brand label, it must be returned with the label in its original place.
· Beauty and cosmetic products must be returned unopened and unused, with all packaging seals intact.
· Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived, including all packaging and documents provided.
Please be careful when trying on the purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not adhere to our policies will not be accepted.
Our return guarantee entitles you to return the product within our return policies. You have the right to open the package and check the items but the product must be returned unused to us within 14 days after you received it. All original packaging, labels etc. If you return your order later than 14 days after receiving it, unfortunately we cannot give you a refund. The return is at your own expense.

Please contact us at info@b2b-spoken.com to arrange your return. Our team will send you an email with a return form that includes the return address. Please fill out the form in full so we can process your refund as quickly as possible. If we have received your refund in good condition you will receive the refund within 5 working days on your originally chosen payment method.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and accepted by our partner, the refund will be made via the original payment method, excluding any delivery charges. We’ll keep you informed every step of the way. You can track the return of your package via the track & trace number on the return label, or you can check the status in your account under ‘Orders & returns’.
Damaged Items
It is our goal that every item arrives in good condition and we hope you are always happy with your purchase. If you receive an item in a damaged condition or if it does not exactly match the description on the website, you must inform customer service as soon as possible. Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or provide a full refund on the damaged item.
